Healthy Living Inc is dedicated to educating practical nutrition concepts and delicious, simple methods of cooking in a non-discriminatory and supportive environment.
We also make programs specific to the needs of the community we serve: summer camping to adult shelter. We combine both education, practice and motivation, so that the participants can make informed and confident decisions regarding food.
