Healthy Living Inc works with the organizations to offer interactive nutrition education and practical cooking classes to the youths, adults and families. We help the individuals to gain knowledge and confidence to make healthier food choices that would be lifelong.

About Us

Healthy Living Inc is dedicated to educating practical nutrition concepts and delicious, simple methods of cooking in a non-discriminatory and supportive environment.

We also make programs specific to the needs of the community we serve: summer camping to adult shelter. We combine both education, practice and motivation, so that the participants can make informed and confident decisions regarding food.
